One of Antigua and Barbuda's beloved local dishes is fungi and saltfish. To celebrate this, we teamed up with Nicole's Table, which offers intimate, hands-on Caribbean cooking classes in a relaxed and interactive setting. To enhance the experience, we incorporated the vibrant energy of Antigua and Barbuda's 2024 Carnival theme song, Ah Love It Here by Ricardo, to further elevate the promotion of this culinary delight.
